Electrician - London
Location: London & Surrounding Areas
Pay: Up to £19.54 per hour (Own Transport) or up to £21.19 per hour (if Approved Electrician Own Transport)
We are currently recruiting for experienced Electricians to join ongoing projects across London.
Our client is a well-established and reputable M&E contractor with a strong presence across the UK, delivering high-quality electrical installations on a variety of large-scale projects. They are known for their consistent pipeline of work, professional site teams, and commitment to safety and standards. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on structured and well-managed projects.
Rates of Pay (JIB - 2026)
Electrician (Job Employed):
Transport Provided: £18.38 per hour
Own Transport: £19.54 per hour
Approved Electrician:
Transport Provided: £20.08 per hour
Own Transport: £21.19 per hour
Duties
Installation, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems
Working on commercial and industrial projects
Containment, wiring, and final fix
Ensuring all work is completed to JIB and site standards
Requirements
Valid ECS or JIB Card
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
18th Edition preferred
Own tools and PPE
Previous site experience
