EC Group are a specialist construction recruitment consultancy who are advertising for a Quantity Surveyor position for and on behalf of one of our clients.
The position is for an established Swindon based Main-Contractor who work on projects and maintenance within the public housing sector
The role is for a Quantity Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities:
- Pricing projects on schedule of rate
- Tendering
- Bid writing
- Valuations
- Variations
Requirements for the role are:
- Minimum of 5 years experience.
- Experience in the public housing sector
- Autonomously running projects.
