Job Description

Electrical Project Manager Southampton (Office Based)
Salary: £45,000 £55,000 + Car Allowance / Company Car

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team, based out of our Southampton office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and capable professional to take ownership of electrical projects across the UK, typically valued up to £1 million, with scope to work on a variety of challenging and rewarding schemes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage electrical projects from pre-construction through to completion
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring programmes, budgets, and quality standards are achieved
  • Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively
  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety and regulatory requirements
  • Provide clear communication between site, office teams, and clients
  • Monitor progress and report on project performance
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong background in delivering electrical projects from inception to completion
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and programmes effectively
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Experience with Procore systems (desirable but not essential)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Must be based within a commutable distance of Southampton
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel across UK project sites when required
