Salary: Up to £60,000 + Package

Our client delivers high-quality drylining packages across a range of commercial and residential developments and is seeking a confident and capable Contracts Manager with proven industry experience to oversee multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing multiple drylining projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Managing site teams, subcontractors, and project programmes
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Monitoring health & safety and ensuring compliance across all sites
• Reporting on project progress and commercial performance

Requirements:

• Essential: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the drylining sector
• Strong knowledge of drylining systems, processes, and project delivery
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects across London and the South East
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
