Our client delivers high-quality drylining packages across a range of commercial and residential developments and is seeking a confident and capable Contracts Manager with proven industry experience to oversee multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities: - Overseeing multiple drylining projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Managing site teams, subcontractors, and project programmes
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Monitoring health & safety and ensuring compliance across all sites
- Reporting on project progress and commercial performance
Requirements: - Essential: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the drylining sector
- Strong knowledge of drylining systems, processes, and project delivery
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects across London and the South East
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
