Groundworker

Force Recruitment is currently looking for experienced and reliable Groundworkers to join our growing team. This role involves working on projects across multiple locations, so flexibility and a willingness to work away from home are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• General groundwork including drainage, kerbing, and slabbing
• Excavation and site preparation
• Operating tools and small plant machinery
• Working alongside site teams to meet project deadlines
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Groundworker
• Valid CSCS card (essential)
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Must be willing to travel and work away as required
• Any additional cards or tickets (e.g. CPCS, NPORS, Streetworks, Dumper/Roller) would be highly advantageous
