ELECTRICAL SITE MANAGER - HV POWER

Package:
24.98/hour (40hr week)
OTE: 80,000 - 85,000
Bonus up to 25% + profit share

The Role:
We're recruiting for an Electrical Site Manager to lead HV power projects, ideal for someone with a hands-on electrical background who can command respect on technically complex sites.

This is NOT a clipboard-only role, you'll be working closely with teams and subcontractors on live projects.

Responsibilities:
Overseeing site delivery on HV projects
Coordinating teams (5-20 operatives + subcontractors)
Ensuring safety, quality, and programme targets
Reporting into Installation Team Manager
Acting as the technical point of contact on site

Requirements:
Strong electrical background (hands-on essential)
Experience in HV / substation environments
Previous site leadership
National Grid authorisations / DNO
