Freelance Building Services Manager - Shropshire

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Building Services Manager to join a major construction project based in the Shropshire area. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a large-scale development, working alongside a well-established project team.

The Role:
You will be responsible for overseeing all building services elements, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery across MEP packages. You'll coordinate subcontractors, manage installation progress, and liaise closely with design and site teams to drive the project forward.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Building Services Manager on large projects
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and coordination
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage programme deadlines and ensure high standards

• Contract Length: Up to 12 months
• Rate: Competitive day rate (DOE)
