Are you an experienced Landscape Architect looking to take the next step in your career? A leading UK property consultancy is expanding its landscape team and is seeking a talented professional to support a diverse portfolio of projects across the Residential, Commercial and Educational sectors.

The Role

As a Landscape Architect, you will play a key role in delivering high quality landscape design services from concept through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Producing feasibility studies, sketch proposals, detailed designs, production drawings and specifications
  • Preparing tender documentation and supporting contract management activities
  • Developing creative and practical design solutions while maintaining strong design standards
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers and other disciplines on a range of project types and complexities
  • Managing project programmes, resources and budgets to ensure efficient delivery
  • Using relevant design systems, including CAD software, to support project outputs
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation, codes of practice and health & safety requirements
  • Identifying potential new business opportunities and supporting wider team objectives
  • Travelling to sites and other offices when required

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Professional membership of the Landscape Institute (or working towards it)
  • A degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline
  • Experience in a similar landscape design role
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A good understanding of construction health & safety legislation
  • A current CSCS card (or willingness to obtain one immediately)
  • Excellent organisational, time management and problem solving abilities
