Steel Fixer / Rebar Bender - Worksop - Long Term
Search Consultancy are currently recruiting for Steel Fixers / Rebar Benders to work in a busy precast concrete yard in Worksop.
This is a long-term position with a strong pipeline of work and the opportunity to secure a permanent role / job for life with a well-established employer.
Job Details:
- Location: Worksop
- Rate: NEG (PAYE)
- Hours: Full-time, ongoing
- Duration: Long-term with permanent opportunities
Duties:
- Cutting, bending and fixing rebar to precast moulds
- Working from drawings and schedules
- Tying steel cages and assembling reinforcement
- Supporting production within a precast environment
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Steel Fixer / Rebar Bender
- Ability to read and work from drawings (preferred)
- CSCS card (preferred but not essential depending on experience)
- Reliable and looking for long-term work
