We are seeking a dedicated Labourer to join our team in the Transport & Rail industry in Watford. Responsibilities:

• Follow health and safety regulations at all times
  
• Perform general maintenance and repairs as required
  
• Report any issues or hazards to the supervisor
  
• Participate in training and development activities
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• No formal education required; however, GCSEs in Maths and English are advantageous
  
• Previous experience in a labouring role is preferred but not essential
  
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  
• Strong communication skills
  
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices
  
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks
