Groundworker

Groundworker / Machine Driver - Penrith

We are currently looking for an experienced Groundworker / Machine Driver to join our team on a busy site in Penrith.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident operating machinery but also willing to get stuck in on the ground when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating excavators and other plant safely and efficiently
• Carrying out general groundworks including digging, drainage, and foundations
• Assisting with manual tasks on site (this is not a machine-only role)
• Working as part of a team to keep the project running smoothly

Requirements:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS ticket
• Proven experience in both machine driving and groundworks
• Good attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to jump off the machine and use a shovel when required
• Reliable and punctual
