Overview of the Role
Project Architect role in North London focusing on high-end residential projects. You will lead schemes from concept through to delivery, managing design quality, technical output and consultant coordination. The role requires strong Revit capability and hands-on involvement across all RIBA stages, contributing to planning submissions and detailed construction packages.

Practice & Project Information
This established practice delivers design-led residential and mixed-use schemes across London. The studio operates collaboratively with a strong emphasis on design integrity, craftsmanship and technical delivery. Projects are supported by BIM workflows, with a focus on detailed private residential developments and coordinated project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects across all RIBA stages, maintaining design intent
• Produce coordinated Revit models and drawing packages
• Manage consultant coordination and technical resolution
• Oversee client communication and project expectations
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications and construction information
• Support planning submissions and attend site meetings

Required Skills and Experience

• Qualified Architect with ARB registration
• Minimum three years post-qualification experience
• Strong Revit proficiency with BIM delivery experience
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and detailing standards
• Experience leading projects through multiple RIBA stages
• Strong communication and coordination skills
