Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including complex diary management, scheduling, and prioritisation of meetings.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation, and logistics.
Act as a key point of contact, managing correspondence, screening calls, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents to a high standard.
Support with project coordination, ensuring deadlines and key deliverables are met.
Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive business and personal matters.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at senior leadership level.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general digital tools.
Discreet, professional, and proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Experience within property, investment, or professional services environments is advantageous.
