Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor (Mobile)

Location: Southampton (Multi-Site Role)

Salary: 13.49 per hour (Paid Weekly)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee multiple sites across Southampton. This is a mobile role, so a full, clean driving licence is essential, along with prior experience managing multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising cleaning operations across multiple client sites
• Conducting regular site visits and quality checks
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Managing staff performance and ensuring high standards are met
• Handling administrative duties, including reporting and scheduling
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a multi-site supervisory role (cleaning or similar)
• Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good IT skills and confidence with administrative tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, trustworthy, and professional at all times
