The Opportunity
This role is ideally suited to someone operating at Principal or Associate level (or a strong Senior ready to step up), who wants more ownership, visibility, and progression.

You'll take the lead on projects, act as a key client contact, and help shape the growth of the team - all within a business that genuinely supports its people.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading mechanical design delivery from concept through to completion
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships
• Taking ownership of technical quality, coordination, and project outcomes
• Mentoring and developing junior engineers
• Supporting team growth and contributing to winning new work

What They're Looking For

• Strong experience in mechanical building services design (consultancy)
• Proven track record delivering projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, education, healthcare, or mixed-use
• Confident leading projects and engaging directly with clients
• Strong technical knowledge across HVAC systems and UK regulations
• Experience mentoring or managing engineers
• Chartered or working towards chartership (preferred)
