This is a genuinely solid opportunity for someone who wants responsibility, support when needed, and a clear route to progress, without being micromanaged. The practice is a team of 13, so still small enough that you'll know everyone, but structured enough (with Architects and Chartered Technologists in the team) that you'll be properly supported as you develop.
