They're now looking for a Senior to Principal Electrical Design Engineer to take a leading role in project delivery and client engagement.

The Role
You'll play a key role in shaping projects from concept through to completion, with the autonomy to influence both design and delivery.
You will:

• Lead electrical design delivery across a variety of projects
• Work closely with architects and clients to develop integrated, design-led solutions
• Take ownership of technical quality, coordination, and project outcomes
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Support and mentor junior engineers
• Contribute to project strategy and problem solving

What They're Looking For

• Strong experience in electrical building services design within a consultancy
• Proven track record delivering projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, hospitality or mixed-use
• Confident leading projects and managing client relationships
• Strong technical knowledge across power, lighting, and building systems design
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior engineers
• Chartered or working towards chartership (preferred)
