The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone who wants more ownership, more client exposure, and a clear route into leadership.

You'll play a key role in delivering projects, shaping electrical design strategies, and supporting the growth of the team - all within a business that values flexibility and development.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading electrical design delivery from concept through to completion
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
• Taking ownership of technical quality, coordination, and project outcomes
• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated design solutions
• Mentoring and supporting junior engineers
• Contributing to project strategy and team growth

What They're Looking For

• Strong experience in electrical building services design (consultancy background)
• Proven track record delivering projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, education, healthcare, or mixed-use
• Confident leading projects and engaging directly with clients
• Strong technical knowledge across power, lighting, and building systems design
• Experience mentoring or managing engineers
• Chartered or working towards chartership (preferred)
