Search Consultancy have fantastic opportunities for Slingers to work with some of our valued clients in Aberdeen and surrounding areas. These are temporary roles, however we have ongoing work for interested candidates and can offer great benefits such as various payment types and a referral scheme.

Duties to include:

• Attaching and securing loads
  Select and fix the correct lifting gear (slings, chains, hooks) to materials or equipment.
• Directing crane operations
  Give clear hand signals or radio instructions to the crane operator to guide lifting and placement.
• Planning lifts
  Check weight, balance, and the safest way to move loads before lifting begins.
• Inspecting lifting equipment
  Ensure slings, chains, and lifting gear are safe and not damaged before use.
• Monitoring load movement
  Watch loads during lifting to prevent swinging, collisions, or hazards.

Requirements:

• CPCS CARD
• Good attention to detail
• Full PPE

Location and hours:

• Aberdeen
• Monday - Friday 07:30-17:00
• Weekends

Payment:

• 20 - 22 per hour
• CIS, PAYE AND UMBRELLA
• Weekly payment
