Job Description

• Leading commercial delivery as Project Surveyor across responsive social housing projects in the West Midlands
• Managing subcontract procurement, measurement, valuations and contractual administration across multiple workstreams
• Producing CVRs, managing cashflow and delivering accurate monthly commercial reporting
• Supporting project teams with cost control, procurement strategy and value recovery initiatives
• Working closely with clients, consultants and supply chain partners across West Midlands operations to drive successful delivery

Skills / Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor within social housing or responsive maintenance environments
• Strong background working on internal, external and maintenance-related workstreams within a Tier 1 contractor
• Experience with subcontract procurement, valuations and NEC or similar contract frameworks
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent cost control, measurement and financial reporting skills
• Confident communicator with experience building relationships across clients, consultants and site teams
