We are working with a specialised turnkey provider of modular seating, temporary event structures, and permanent stadium design, construction, and project management services. Based in the UK with international experience, the business delivers bespoke design, engineering, and rapid-installation modular solutions for stadiums, growing leagues, and large-scale, high-visibility projects.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Planner to join a Birmingham-based team. This role will play a critical part in the successful delivery of complex construction and event-based projects, ensuring programmes are effectively developed, managed, and communicated.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project programmes
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure alignment with timelines
- Identify risks, delays, and opportunities within project schedules
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to internal stakeholders
- Support planning across multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met
- Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and systems
Requirements
- Around 5 years' experience in a planning role within construction or a related sector
- Strong working knowledge of Asta Powerproject
- Experience working on complex or fast-paced projects (events, infrastructure, or modular construction desirable)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
