Calibre Search are working with a specialist contractor delivering remediation, enabling works and ground engineering projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex projects across brownfield and infrastructure sites.
This is a senior role combining project leadership, client management and commercial oversight, with responsibility for taking projects from tender stage through to successful delivery.
The Role
- Lead delivery of earthworks and enabling works on major project based in Leeds
- Manage project teams, subcontractors and operational resources
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery
- Liaison with Commercial Team and identification of extra works
About You
- Professionally qualified
- Proven experience managing large earthworks schemes
- Solid understanding of construction contracts and project delivery
- Strong client-facing and leadership skills
