Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor Major Project

Urgent requirement for an experienced Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to join one of the London's most high-profile commercial projects!

This 100m+ transformation is one of the largest office projects in the capital, delivering Grade A commercial space. The scheme includes a complex structural extension with additional floors, extensive fa ade works, and delivery of office, retail and leisure space.

This is not your traditional new build scheme. This is a technically challenging, logistics heavy central London project requiring a commercially astute QS who can operate at pace across multiple work packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial management of multiple subcontract packages (through to final account)
• Cost planning, forecasting, and reporting
• Contract administration (JCT experience essential)
• Managing variations, valuations, and change control
• Close liaison with project teams, supply chain, and client-side stakeholders

What's needed?

• Proven experience as a Senior QS on major London commercial projects ( 100m+)
• Strong track record managing multiple trade packages on large-scale schemes
• Experience on refurbishment / retrofit / cut & carve projects (essential)
• Confident working in fast-paced, complex delivery environments
