The role has a strong focus on damp and mould remediation and all working at height activities. It is responsible for day-to-day leadership, planning and resource management, and for ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation, regulations and organisational policies across both teams. Role Specific Duties Provide visible and effective leadership to Roofing and Damp & Mould operatives, setting clear expectations, holding regular 1:1s and team meetings, and managing performance. Role Purpose: * To support the growth of our Street Lighting Business within a set contract. Carrying out various tasks within the titled role ensuring that all H&S objectives and responsibilities are adhered to.
