Job Description

• Carrying out reactive maintenance and planned carpentry works as a Carpenter within Social Housing properties across Staines and surrounding Surrey areas
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining doors, frames, kitchens, and other carpentry elements as a Carpenter/Joiner in Staines
• Diagnosing faults and delivering high-quality repairs within occupied Social Housing homes across the Staines region
• Ensuring all work as a Carpentry Operative is completed in line with health & safety regulations and company standards in Staines
• Providing excellent customer service while working in tenanted Social Housing properties across Staines and nearby areas

Skills / Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualified Carpenter or Joiner for Social Housing works in Staines or Surrey
• Proven experience as a Carpenter/Joiner within Social Housing or domestic maintenance in Staines
• Strong skills in all aspects of carpentry including hanging doors, kitchen fitting, and repairs as a Carpentry Operative
• Full UK driving licence essential for this Carpenter role covering Staines and surrounding areas
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively as a Carpenter/Joiner in the Staines area
