Job Description

A close-knit Quantity Surveying consultancy, with an enviable project and client list, is seeking a professional and client-facing Quantity Surveyor.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a hard-working and dedicated team in London that delivers a diverse range of Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration, and Project Management services for high-end private clients.

Initially, the new Quantity Surveyor will run luxury building projects alongside the directors before moving into a more client-focused role.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
  • 5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
  • Must have worked within a PQS / Construction Consultancy
  • High end residential / private residential project experience
  • A good, sociable, professional, confident character
  • Team player
