Multi Skilled Floor Layer

PPM Recruitment are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Floor Layer in/around the Ellemere Port area.

Your role includes:

• Prepare and install a wide range of floor finishes including vinyl, linoleum, rubber, sheet material and tiles
• Remove and refit toilet
• Install sub base flooring
• Remove and reinstate bathroom fittings including WC's and wash hand basins as part of flooring works
• Fit floor to wet rooms
• Carry out cutting cement spreading and latex screeding
• Install underlays
• Install carpet and tile flooring

Requirements:

• Completed recognised apprenticeship (NVQ Level 2/3) in Floor Laying
• Fully competent in all aspects of the floor laying trade, including installation, repairs and finishing
• Experience carrying out maintenance work in domestic and commercial properties
• Full UK Drivers License
• CSCS card, asbestos awareness, and own tools

Salary - 34,703 plus 4k in OTE per year

Company Van, fuel card and excellent benefit package is given.
