Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Traffic Marshall to join a busy construction site in Royston. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent hours and competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing site access and egress for vehicles and pedestrians
• Directing traffic safely around the site
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed at all times
• Communicating clearly with site staff, drivers, and visitors
• Maintaining a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Valid Traffic Marshall / Banksman card (essential)
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong awareness of site safety procedures
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
