Multi skilled operative / Multi trader - Staines

Staines-upon-Thames, Surrey (covering surrounding areas)

Pay:
22.95 per hour (Umbrella)
OR 19.77 per hour PAYE (including holiday pay)

Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (42.5 hours per week)

Contract:
Temp to perm - long-term opportunities available

We're recruiting experienced Multi Trade Operatives for a new social housing maintenance contract in Staines-upon-Thames. This role involves carrying out day-to-day repairs and property maintenance across both occupied and void homes.

You don't need to cover every trade, but a solid background in plumbing or carpentry is essential. Additional multi-trade skills are a bonus.

• Carry out plumbing and carpentry repairs in domestic social housing properties

• Install, repair, and maintain kitchens, bathrooms, doors, and fittings

• Diagnose and resolve reactive maintenance issues quickly and efficiently

• Complete basic tiling, patch plastering, and decorating (desirable)

• Use a PDA/handheld device to log and complete jobs

• Deliver excellent tenant-facing customer service in occupied properties

• Company van, fuel card, and uniform provided

• Weekly pay

• Full UK manual driving licence (up to 6 points accepted)
