EV Charging Installation Electrician (Nationwide Travel & Staying Away)
£42,000 £47,000 + Overtime + Van + Accommodation + Expenses

We re working with a leading UK EV charging contractor delivering nationwide installation projects for major clients including National Grid and Volkswagen.

This is a field-based role involving regular UK travel and staying away during the week, so would suit an electrician experienced in working on nationwide projects or happy to work away from home.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a qualified Installation Electrician to support their expanding EV infrastructure programme.

The Role:

• Installation of EV charging infrastructure across commercial and industrial sites
• Carrying out electrical installations, testing, and commissioning
• Completing EICRs and remedial works as required
• Working on nationwide projects (accommodation and subsistence provided)
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with H&S and industry standards

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• AM2
• 18th Edition (BS7671)
• ECS Gold Card
• 3+ years experience in electrical installation
• Full UK driving licence
• Comfortable with nationwide travel and staying away
