Skilled Careers are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Traffic Marshal to join our team on a busy construction site in Ashford. This is a great opportunity for long-term work with a reputable contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely directing site traffic and deliveries
- Ensuring the safety of pedestrians and site workers
- Maintaining site access and egress points
- Communicating clearly with drivers and site management
- Adhering to all health & safety regulations on site
Requirements:
- Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman ticket
- Valid CSCS card
- Full PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
