Senior Revit MEP Technician
London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to 60,000 per annum + benefits

We are seeking an experienced Senior Revit MEP Technician to join a dynamic and growing building services design team based in London. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality BIM and CAD solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects.

The Role
As a Senior Revit Technician, you will lead the delivery of CAD and BIM across multiple projects, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with engineers and external design teams to produce detailed 3D models and technical drawings, while also supporting the development of junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the setup and management of Revit models, including templates, views, and project standards
Produce and coordinate detailed 3D MEP models and 2D drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
Interpret engineering mark-ups and schematics to deliver accurate design outputs
Carry out clash detection, model reviews, and multi-disciplinary coordination
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and external stakeholders
Prepare and manage BIM documentation including BEPs, TIDPs, and COBie data
Ensure all deliverables meet BIM standards, project requirements, and deadlines
Support document control processes and maintain high-quality records
Mentor and support junior technicians and apprentices
Contribute to continuous improvement of CAD/BIM standards and workflows

About You
You will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise and a collaborative approach.

Essential:
Proven experience in a similar Senior Revit Technician role
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, etc.)
Experience with 3D coordination and clash detection (e.g. Navisworks)
Ability to work within a Revit worksharing environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Desirable:
Experience within a building services consultancy
Knowledge of COBie and asset data management
Interest in sustainable and low-energy design
