I am currently working with a dynamic electrical services company who are looking for a Contracts Manager to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee and manage contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee electrical contracts from start to finish.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality, and industry regulations.
  • Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to site staff.
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively to maintain client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role within electrical services or construction.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, projects, and regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commercially aware with experience in budgeting and cost management.
