Working foreman

Role: Working Foreman
Location: Leeds (within 30 minutes)

Key Duties:
Lead day-to-day site operations on fit-out and shopfitting projects
Ensure full compliance with health & safety, RAMS, and PPE standards
Supervise and work alongside site teams and subcontractors
Coordinate daily activities to meet programme deadlines
Maintain high-quality workmanship in line with drawings and specifications
Manage labour, materials, deliveries, and site logistics
Maintain excellent housekeeping and site organisation
Act as the main on-site contact for clients and stakeholders
Report progress and updates to the Project Manager

Requirements:
Joinery background essential
Proven experience leading teams on shopfitting / interior fit-out projects
Hands-on "working foreman" approach
Strong health & safety knowledge
Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
Client-facing with good communication skills
Based within 30 minutes of Leeds
Full UK driving licence
Flexible to work away when required
