Revit MEP Technician

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Revit MEP Technician to join a well-established building services consultancy in Bristol on a hybrid basis.

This role offers the chance to work on MOD and high-security projects, contributing to the development of coordinated BIM models and technical drawings within a multidisciplinary engineering environment.

The successful Revit MEP Technician will play a key role in delivering MEP BIM models, design coordination and technical documentation, working closely with engineers and project teams on complex and sensitive projects.

As a Revit MEP Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Producing and maintaining Revit MEP models for building services projects
• Developing coordinated MEP BIM models and technical drawings
• Supporting the delivery of MOD and secure building services projects
• Collaborating with mechanical, electrical and multidisciplinary teams
• Coordinating MEP models with architectural and structural designs
• Producing detailed technical drawings and construction documentation
• Ensuring BIM models meet project standards and compliance requirements
• Supporting project teams with design coordination and model integration

To be considered for this Revit MEP Technician role, candidates should have:

• Proven experience working as a Revit MEP Technician or BIM Technician
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP
• Experience working within building services or MEP engineering projects
• Ability to produce coordinated BIM models and technical drawings
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work within multidisciplinary engineering teams

Essential:

• Ability to obtain Security Clearance (SC)

Desirable:

• Experience working on MOD, defence or secure projects
