You re happy owning work properly. From the first clean to the final edge. You work calmly, confidently, and you don t rush just to get something out of the door. Your standards are personal. Your name matters.
Your experienceYou re already working in the signage or graphics industry as a vehicle wrapper. You understand materials, environments, and process. You re comfortable working with cast films, laminates, and specialist materials and you know how temperature, tools, and technique all affect the end result.
You ve wrapped vans, cars, HGVs, and specialist vehicles. You ve used materials from 3M, Arlon, and Avery Dennison. You re trusted to work independently, professional on-site, and capable of setting the standard simply by how you work.
You hold a full UK driving licence and take pride in how you represent yourself and the business.
What you ll be doing with your experience in this roleYou ll be installing high-end vehicle wraps, partial wraps, fleet branding, and commercial graphics to a consistently high standard. You ll be based in a purpose-built, temperature-controlled workshop, with nationwide installs when required.
You ll take responsibility for your jobs. You ll prep properly, install cleanly, and finish to a level you re genuinely happy with. You ll spot problems before they become issues and deal with them properly. When needed, you ll support other installers by setting the benchmark through your work.
