Manage and mentor engineering and design teams. Drive best practice in design management, BIM coordination, and project delivery. Champion health, safety, wellbeing, and environmental standards across all projects. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, value, and project outcomes. Requirements: Significant experience within an MEP Design Management role. Background working for a main contractor or major MEP/building services contractor. Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical and public health building services. Experience managing design teams and coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders. Commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery requirements. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Degree qualified in a relevant discipline preferred, although candidates with extensive industry experience will also be considered. Package: Competitive salary dependent on experience.
