The ideal candidate will have experience preparing cost plans and viability estimates within a residential construction environment. You will be detail-oriented, commercially aware, and confident in liaising with multiple departments to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and accurately.

The Role:

• Prepare cost plans and viability assessments for land and development opportunities
• Produce detailed estimates including construction costs, fees, and site abnormals
• Collaborate with Land and Technical teams while supporting value engineering exercises
• Assist with budgets, variance analysis, and provide support to Surveyors at project handover

The Person:

• Previous experience as an Estimator within a housebuilding or residential construction environment
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• IT literate with the ability to adapt to new systems
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel to sites as required
