Qualified Multi Trader (NVQ / City & Guilds)
Company van and fuel card supplied.
Location: Lambeth
Pay: 20 - 22 per hour, 42.5 hours per week.
Position: Ongoing self-employed role with the opportunity to go permanent.
Regen Solutions are currently seeking a qualified Multi Trader to carry out building services and maintenance works in occupied properties across Lambeth.
Requirements:
- Must hold a relevant NVQ or City & Guilds qualification (Carpentry, Plumbing, or Multi Trade)
- Proven experience in social housing and building maintenance
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Own tools required
Main Duties Include:
- General multi-trade maintenance and repairs
- Carpentry (1st & 2nd fix)
- Basic plumbing works
- Plastering and patch repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Flooring and general building works
