Excellent opportunity for a Graduate / Junior Site Engineer to join a multinational construction company, working on exciting residential and housing developments while building a strong foundation for your career.

This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years' experience or a recent graduate, looking to gain hands-on experience on multi-million-pound projects.

You'll be supported by experienced engineers and site teams while developing your technical and practical skills across the full life cycles of the projects

In this role, you will assist with key engineering tasks on site, including setting out, interpreting drawings, supporting subcontractor coordination, and maintaining accurate documentation, all while learning best practices in safety, quality, and project delivery.

The Role:

• Reading and interpreting construction drawings for site layouts and measurements
• Supporting setting out activities
• Monitor project progress against programme deadlines and milestones
• Assisting with the coordination of subcontractors, materials, and daily site activities
• Maintaining site records including as-built drawings and progress documentation
• Supporting compliance with Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) standards
• Working closely with senior engineers and site teams to deliver projects successfully
• Gaining experience across residential and some commercial developments

The Person:

• 1-2 years' experience in a Site Engineer role OR a recent graduate in a relevant discipline
• Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or similar
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and site processes
• Eagerness to learn and develop within a site-based role
• Full UK driving licence
• CSCS card (or willingness to obtain)
