Location: Field-based - South Wales & West Region
Hours: Full-time

We're looking for a skilled Multi Trade Operative to carry out high-quality maintenance and remedial works across residential developments in South Wales and the West. Working in both open-market and Housing Association homes, you'll take pride in diagnosing issues, completing repairs, and ensuring every customer receives first-class aftercare.

• Visit homeowners across the region for scheduled appointments, Monday to Friday, with occasional flexible hours (evenings or Saturdays with TOIL).

• Undertake a variety of multi-trade tasks including carpentry, simple plumbing, plaster patching, mastic work, door adjustments, and general finishing.

• Identify faults and determine the most effective solutions on site.

• Deliver an excellent customer experience by communicating clearly and working neatly and professionally.

• Record job details, notes, and photos accurately using internal systems, ensuring smooth communication with the Customer Service team.

• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and wear the correct PPE at all times.

• Proven multi-trade experience, with strong carpentry/joinery skills (essential).

• Background in property maintenance or customer-facing home repair work.

• Confident in general construction practices, Health & Safety, and environmental standards.

• Self-motivated and organised, with great problem-solving skills.

• Professional, calm, and courteous communication style.

• Full UK driving licence required.
