The Opportunity
This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of electrical cost management on some of the UK s most complex and mission-critical healthcare projects. You ll be working on hospitals, specialist treatment centres, laboratories, and research facilities delivering high-value electrical packages in live, highly regulated environments where precision, compliance, and value-for-money are critical.
The Role
As an Associate Cost Manager, you will lead electrical cost management across the full project lifecycle, from early feasibility through to final account. You will play a key role in shaping budgets, managing risk, and driving value beyond the numbers. You will also be responsible for producing pre-construction cost plans of medical equipment (e.g., MRI machines) from architectural drawings, ensuring accuracy in high-value specialist equipment planning.
