Site Agent

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Agent to support a marine civil engineering project involving complex sheet piling works. This is a fast-paced, site-based role requiring a hands-on professional who can take full responsibility for managing site operations and delivering works safely, on time, and to specification.

Site Agent Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations on marine and sheet piling works
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and plant to ensure efficient delivery
• Ensure works are carried out in line with programme, specifications, and health & safety standards
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and client representatives
• Monitor progress, produce reports, and manage site documentation
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving technical and operational issues

Site Agent Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Agent on marine civils or sheet piling projects
• Strong understanding of temporary works, marine operations, and piling techniques
• SMSTS and valid CSCS card
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
