Salary/Benefits: 26k - 36k + Training & Benefits

Our client is recruiting for a hardworking and experienced Water Treatment Engineer, with a proven track record and team leadership experience. You will be travelling across Yorkshire, to provide a wide range of water hygiene / treatment duties, and overseeing other engineers. They are seeking someone who would be interested in training into a field management / supervisor position, so experience of running projects and liaising with clients is neccessary. You will be travelling across: Doncaster, Mexborough, Sheffield, Rotherham, Dronfield, Chesterfield, Mansfield, Matlock, Gainsborough, Retford, Thorne, Scunthorpe, Goole, Barnsley, Pontefract, Leeds, Castleford, Wakefield, Dewsbury, Huddersfield, Bradford, Halifax, Selby, York, Wetherby, Garforth, Otley, Derby, Lincoln, Nottingham, Grantham.

Experience / Qualifications:

• Strong experience working as a Water Treatment Engineer
• Will have a varied skillset and industry knowledge
• Managed other engineers and ran projects
• Good working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
• Adaptable to changing company requirements
• Strong communication skills
• IT literate
• Good literacy and numeracy skills

The Role:

• Cold water storage tank inspections, cleans and disinfections
• Chlorinations on tanks
• Flushing on little used outlets
• Mains injections
• Showerhead disinfections
• TMV servicing and failsafe checks
• Leading on projects
• Monitoring the progress of engineers during training
• Supporting new members of the team
• Being a key point of contact for clients, providing updates and technical advice
• Carrying out toolbox talks
• Auditing on completed works and logbooks
