Dryliner

Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Dryliner to join a contractor delivering a large-scale residential development (apartments/flats). This role will involve working across multiple units, delivering high-quality internal finishes in line with programme and specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation of metal stud partitions within residential units
• Fixing plasterboard to walls, ceilings, and communal areas
• Installing MF ceiling systems within apartments and corridors
• Carrying out insulation works (acoustic & fire-rated systems)
• Working from drawings to ensure accurate setting out within each unit
• Completing works to a high standard across multiple plots/floors
• Coordinating with site teams and other trades to maintain programme
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and building regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Dryliner on residential schemes (flats/apartments essential)
• Strong knowledge of drywall systems (e.g. British Gypsum, Siniat, Knauf)
• Experience working on multi-unit developments (high-volume plots)
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and work to programme
• Valid CSCS Card (Blue/Gold preferred)
• Own tools and PPE
