Salary: 30,000 - 35,000

They are on the lookout for a talented Newly Qualified Architect to deliver on a range of Healthcare projects for their team in Birmingham.

Duties for the role of Newly Qualified Architect include:

• Manage and deliver on various healthcare projects from inception through to completion
• Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
• Liaise alongside clients, contractors and other members of the team
• Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit

Skills and experience for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:

• ARB registered
• Successfully completed you RIBA Part 3 qualification
• Relevant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect is desirable
• Proficiency with Revit
• Experience working on projects within the healthcare sector
• Excellent drawing and design skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
