You'll be taking a hands-on role across two new-build luxury homes , with a project value of around 900,000 and approximately 10 months left to run . The project is now moving into Phase 2 , with the focus shifting into plumbing, M&E and the next stage of internal works , so this is a good point to come in and take ownership of the site as it moves through the key delivery stages.
