About You To be considered for this role, you will have: Significant senior-level experience in Facilities Management, Estates Management, Property Services or Asset Management. Experience leading FM operations within a Local Authority, public sector or similarly complex organisation. Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, health and safety legislation and property-related regulations. Proven experience managing contracts, procurement processes and external service providers. Experience overseeing property maintenance, lifecycle programmes and capital projects. Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and budget management skills. A degree in Facilities Management, Building Surveying, Property Management, Estates Management or a related discipline. CIWFM (or equivalent professional membership/accreditation). PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management qualification. What's on Offer 6-month interim contract with the potential for extension.
