Reginald Gray is continuing to partner with a long-standing client based in Oxfordshire. The business is a highly regarded 5m turnover principal contractor with a strong focus on high-end residential projects.

They have recently been appointed to deliver a circa 1m new build property in Oxfordshire for a high net worth private client. Construction is due to commence in May, and they are now seeking a standalone Site Manager to take full responsibility for delivering the project on site.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a quality-driven contractor working on bespoke, high-specification residential schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of site operations
• Coordination of subcontractors and trades
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Maintaining health and safety compliance on site
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and the wider project team

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within high-end residential construction
• Ability to manage projects independently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
