This is a genuine multiple site management opportunity, offering a high level of autonomy. You'll take strategic responsibility for the successful delivery of several projects across Oxfordshire, leading Site Managers and Foremen while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the high standards the business is known for. Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you'll play an important role in the continued growth of the business, helping to shape project delivery and support the development of operational teams as the company continues to expand. Key Responsibilities Oversee the delivery of multiple live construction projects across Oxfordshire. Lead and support Site Managers and Foremen, providing direction, mentoring and ensuring consistent project performance. Reporting directly to the Contracts Director, you'll oversee several live schemes simultaneously, taking ownership of their commercial performance while managing Site Managers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and in line with the exacting standards expected within the prime residential market. Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial performance of multiple high-end residential projects, including budgets, forecasting, procurement and final accounts.
